|The Chapar chap|
'What have you got me into this time?' asked Mr That's Not My Age when I volunteered him for the new menswear service The Chapar. Aimed at erm, chaps who don't like shopping online or on the high street, The Chapar (the name given to high-speed couriers on horseback in Ancient Persia) offers a personal stylist who calls the customer to talk through his fashion issues. To be quite honest, the Blog Widower doesn't need a personal stylist - he's got me - but eventually the stylist managed to pin him down to discuss sizes/colours/brands and, after several tries, the Chapar box finally arrived. I bet the Persian's didn't take their delivery away again and leave a calling card, ahem...
